  Approach to change

Harley Young create a ‘choice-led’ desire to change, with a critical mass of people in a client organisation. We achieve this via a 3-stage process:

1) Raising AWARENESS: People will embrace change, if they feel part of defining it & the reasons for doing things differently.

2) Personal RESPONSIBILITY: When people have a role in defining change, it will often lead them to personally owning change and wanting to be involved in the actions that will keep defined changes on track.

3) Desire for ACCOUNTABILITY: When individuals are driving changes out of choice, they will want to be measured, to be held accountable; it all helps the ‘new’ become part of ‘muscle memory’, the new norm.
